Returns & Refunds
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will make it right. If you have changed you mind on a purchase you may return it for a refund as long as the item is in "as new, unused" condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the incorrect item was shipped or the product is defective. Any shipping fees are non refundable. Shift knobs and battery clamps are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
No partial returns on Chrome Delete Kits.
When Customer file Return:
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Method of refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Product condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, and we accept both unused and used products. Please ensure the item is in a condition that allows it to be resold.

To start a return, please contact us at support@emblemspoint.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
